It took Vanitha, a flight stewardess, at least a year to bond with police officer, Shankar. The cop met his behalf in 2006, but it took a twist of fate and time for him to enthralled her. Shankar was disappointed when Vanitha left to India and Jeddah for six months. Although, the duo kept on communicating via phone, she refused to retaliate to him.

“Unfortunately, Vanitha lost her parents in 2007. As time passed by, I popped out the question to marry me. The proposal took place at G Hotel Penang and the kind-hearted dear of mine finally said ‘yes’.”
