“Mirija’s saccharine nature, feisty at times but always charismatic with her infectious million dollar smile attracted me. Needless to say more about her convivial nature and her intelligence,” says the pilot Chelvam Dasaratha Raman.

Whereas, Mirija feels that his brilliance and his cosmic knowledge ensnared her attention first. But as time passed by, it was his simplicity, exuberance and friendly manner that stole her heart away.

Their love tale began when Chelvam met his better half in Sabah. Back then, doctor was completing her houseman ship there. A kinship that began as friends between two young adults blossomed to a beautiful relationship. Four months later, Chelvam was reluctantly left for his training in Singapore and Australia for more than 2 years. Regardless the ups and downs in their distant relationship and from the pessimist who persist “long distance relationship never works”, the twosome defied all odds and made it happen.
