Joanne James first met K. Sanjay Krishna when they were tuition mates. They became friends but they went on different ways after school. Nine years later they crossed paths again and met up for a drink. Since then, they kept in touch almost everyday and things took off from there just as fate had it planned.

“Joanna has a pleasant personality, intelligent and a very good listener. She’s beautiful too since she comes from a mixed family!”

The proposal was spontaneous and it happened during a casual outing. She was surprised at first and seeing how serious Sanjay was about marriage, Joanna accepted the proposal and wedding plans were soon underway.

“ I could still remember her response when I popped the question. It’s as though it happened only yesterday!”
